Saw results today for Clowne half marathon, which I ran on Sunday. The winning time was 61 minutes. I ran 101 minutes in 223rd place out of 559. Pleased considering I haven't done many long runs, and have only been training seriously for a few weeks. My longest run has been for 75 minutes in training.
Only just under 2 minutes behind Allan Bamford from Sheffield AC. Gary Podmore ran 83 minutes-- in a few months I should be able to do that.
