New year running

It's been a busy new year, and I haven't written here for a long while.

Gotta rush off shortly, so this will be quick. Been running, and improving with it, so much I decided to join a new club, and also a gym. Out running for the first time with the club last week, but suddenly my right calf stiffened up. Had to walk & jog back. Not been right since. Tried some short 5 to 10 mins runs but no good.

Glad I'm now with this gym as I can keep fit that way-- with Pilates, and on the exercise machines-- until my leg is better. Might be a good idea to get some massage for it as well.

Going to take a complete break for one week from running, then see how it is.

Well, got to go to work soon.
